碳碳坩埚的产品用途：

1.高温承载作用：装满多晶硅原料的石英坩埚要置于碳/碳坩埚里面，碳/碳坩埚要承载石英坩埚和多晶硅等原料的重量，保证高温石英坩埚变软后，原料不会泄漏出来，井且在拉晶过程中要承载原料做旋转运动，因此，对其力学性能要求比较高；

2.传热作用：坩埚通过自身优良的导热性能，传导多晶硅原料融化所需的热量，融化温度在1600°C左右，因此，坩埚必须要有良好的高温导热性能；

3.安全作用：在紧急情况停炉时，由于多晶硅冷却时体积膨胀（大约为10%），坩埚短时间内会承受很大的压力。

Product usage:

1. High temperature bearing effect: the quartz crucible filled with polysilicon raw materials should be placed in the C/C crucible, the C/C crucible should bear the weight of quartz crucible and polysilicon and other raw materials, to ensure that the high temperature quartz crucible becomes soft, the raw materials will not leak out, and the raw materials should be carried in the process of crystal pulling, therefore, the mechanical properties are relatively high;

2. Heat transfer: the crucible conducts the heat required for melting polysilicon raw materials through its excellent thermal conductivity, and the melting temperature is about 1600°C, therefore, the crucible must have good high temperature thermal conductivity;

3. Safety effect: When the furnace is shut down in an emergency, due to the volume expansion of polysilicon when it is cooled (about 10%), the collapse will bear a lot of pressure in a short time.
